"Following on from my previous review, I think if I cannot spend a gift card bought in store or online. The message on the gift card might need to be changed, as it is a bit misleading stating the you can spend the gift receipt in store and online. When in reality this is not the case I have experienced with this gift card."
"I was given a gift card which was bought in store recently and still appears I cannot use store bought gift card for an online purchase or vice versa. This is not good as even though I have been a customer of Ann's cottage for many years, an issue such as not being able use a single gift card either in store or online will make me start to look at alternative online surf wear stores who can offer a better universal gift card compatibility and overall e-commerce experience."
